Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (e.g., email) to:

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

• Hygiene and care products , provided their seal has been removed after delivery or the products have been opened.

• Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed.

• Custom-made or personalized products (if you offer such things later).
